We require your shipment address and in accordance with the Privacy Act we will not pass this on to external parties, your details will only be used for the correct shipment of your order.
Every step (order, payment, shipment) is confirmed via e-mail. It is therefore very important that you enter a correct e-mail address. If you don’t receive any confirmation, please contact us immediately.

Payment is also possible via bank transfer. As soon as we have received your payment, you will be informed of this via e-mail. Clearly indicate your order number with the bank transfer information.

SHIPMENT

All orders are only shipped after payment. We don’t accept any orders with cash on delivery option. We deliver from stock and one should take into account a delivery period of 1 to 6 working days depending on the selected shipment method. Orders will be delivered in a discrete envelope or box, depending on the size of your order.
